Even though we have an array of set menus and personalised menus we have created for previous customers, we fully appreciate that food preferences are very personal. We therefore prefer a face-to-face meeting with potential customers at the earliest opportunity to discuss their requirements in more detail although appreciate this is not always possible.

Early communication via telephone, email or a face-to-face meeting ensures no misunderstandings and indeed maybe we can help you with ideas and suggestions for your menu. We have consciously taken this personalised approach to menu creation and feedback from our customers suggests it is very helpful.
